The contact form

The current form prepares an email draft in your browser. It does not send your details to a DU server, save them in a database, or subscribe you to a mailing list. Your entries remain in the page until you navigate away, reload, or close it; your browser may offer its own autofill features.

When you choose “Open email app,” your email software receives the draft. When you choose “Open Gmail,” the draft is passed to Google in a compose link. Those services handle that information under their own privacy policies, and the compose link may appear in your browser history. Nothing is emailed until you send it through the service you choose. “Copy message” writes the message to your device’s clipboard when you allow it.

When you email us

If you send an inquiry, we receive the name, email address, business details, and message you choose to share. We use that information to respond, discuss your needs, arrange a conversation, and manage any work we agree on. We do not sell your contact details or add you to marketing campaigns.

Please do not include passwords, confidential customer records, financial account details, health information, or other sensitive information in an initial inquiry. We can discuss an appropriate way to handle sensitive material if a project requires it.

Hosting and technical information

Cloudflare hosts this website and may process technical information such as your IP address, request details, and security-related information to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for its handling of that information.

This website does not currently install advertising trackers, third-party analytics, or nonessential cookies. Fonts and images are served with the site, not loaded from a third-party font service. Your email provider may use cookies when you open its service.

Keeping and removing information

Inquiry emails are kept as needed for the conversation, any agreed work, and applicable legal or business recordkeeping obligations. To ask about information you have sent, request a correction, or request deletion, contact pdougher9@gmail.com. We will consider the request and explain any information we need to retain.

Changes

If we add direct form submission, scheduling, or analytics, this page will be updated to reflect how those features handle information.
